‎ Hassan Raza – A Visionary Leader
‎The Beginning of a Dream
‎Every great journey starts with a vision, a deep desire to achieve something greater than oneself. Hassan Raza’s journey is no different. Born with an unshakable belief in self-growth, leadership, and success, he transformed struggles into stepping stones, failures into lessons, and dreams into reality.
‎I, [MUHAMMAD HASSAN], was born in [VILLAGE: BUDHAL KHAN SHAR THARI MIRWAH ], a place where opportunities were limited, but my dreams had no boundaries. Growing up in [IAM Sindhi my culture is Sindhi ajrak topi I very famous India and Pakistan my family belong SHAR cast this cast is very famous India and Pakistan. This cast also found few words the words beautiful. SHAR cast mean BEAUTIFUL MY AGE IS 21 Year old And IAM also Found Success and Life set .IAM thinking always big dream], I learned the value of hard work and perseverance at an early age.
‎Struggles That Built Strength
‎Life was never easy. There were moments of doubt, rejection, and failure. I faced challenges such as [life is full struggle but I think not always struggling Help people when it's good time and work hard when it's bad time Difficulties are not bad, difficulties are good because they give us the courage to move forward and we learn from them, the things people say, the way we live our lives, the behavior of people, and much more. If the thinking is positive, we will try to move forward. If the thinking is negative, we will give up. So what have you thought?  ], but I refused to let them define me.
‎One of the hardest moments in my journey was [When I took the matriculation exam in 2019, some questions were so difficult that I couldn't do it and the main reason was that I had prepared well but I couldn't solve the questions because I was scared. Then I couldn't control my fear because there was a team there and I failed when I saw the team. I passed in 11th standard due to Covid-19 and in the intermediate I got A grade with hard work and with high score. One thing is clear to me, I have never copied. Believe me, I am in my 3rd year of university now. I have never copied and asked anyone and they said no. And I had some hobbies, and I like cricket more. I sometimes play badminton]. Instead of giving up, I turned my challenges into motivation. I realized that every setback was a lesson, and every rejection was a step closer to success.
‎The late nights of work, the sacrifices made, the rejection from society—it all built my unbreakable mindset. While others would surrender, I stood firm, knowing that persistence was the key to achieving my vision.
‎Vision for Success and Leadership
‎I always believed that leadership is not about commanding people—it is about inspiring them. My goal has always been to create a path not just for myself but for others who dream big but hesitate due to fear of failure. My vision is to [First of all, people talk about why you don't do anything, you sit at home all day long, playing on your mobile, what has your mobile given you, then they tell your mother, "A servant of welfare is about to go abroad after studying and getting a job, he has received two orders, the rest of you are sitting at home, not working, not working, the enemy of your ego." I would like to say one thing, even if you have some purpose, you have to keep working on it, until you succeed, no matter how many difficulties you face, why not let the world check you and tell you that you have failed miserably. As long as you believe in yourself, nothing in the world can uproot you].
‎This vision didn’t come overnight. It took years of self-discipline, learning, and adapting. I understood the value of consistency, smart work, and patience—the three pillars that shaped my journey.
‎Lessons from My Journey
‎1. Dream Big, but Work Bigger – Nothing is impossible if you are willing to put in the effort.
‎2. Struggles Are Temporary, Growth Is Permanent – Every hardship teaches a lesson that shapes your future.
‎3. Leadership Is About Inspiring Others – Success is more meaningful when you help others rise with you.
‎4. Never Stop Learning and Improving – Knowledge is power, and growth is a lifelong process.
‎This chapter is just the beginning of a powerful journey into personal development, success, and motivation. My story is proof that anyone can achieve greatness with the right mindset and effort.
‎From an early age, Hassan faced challenges that could have broken the spirit of an ordinary person. But he was never ordinary. While others saw obstacles, he saw opportunities. He understood that success is not gifted—it is earned through persistence, resilience, and hard work.
‎Struggles That Built Strength
‎Life was never easy. There were moments of doubt, rejection, and failure. Hassan encountered criticism, faced setbacks, and sometimes felt lost. But in those moments, he made a promise to himself—never to give up. Instead of running away from struggles, he embraced them. He understood that real growth comes from enduring hardships and learning from them.
‎The late nights of work, the sacrifices made, the rejection from society—it all built his unbreakable mindset. Where others would surrender, he stood firm, knowing that persistence was the key to achieving his vision.
‎Vision for Success and Leadership
‎Hassan Raza believes that leadership is not about commanding people—it is about inspiring them. He wanted to create a path not just for himself but for others who dream big but hesitate due to fear of failure. His vision was clear: to uplift, to guide, and to prove that success is achievable for anyone willing to work for it.
‎His success did not come overnight. It took years of self-discipline, learning, and adapting. He understood the value of consistency, smart work, and patience—the three pillars that shaped his journey.
‎Lessons from Hassan Raza’s Journey
‎Chapter 1
‎ Believe in Yourself
‎Have you ever looked at successful people and thought, "They are different from me. I can never be like them."? If yes, then it’s time to change your thinking. Success is not about being special—it’s about believing in yourself and taking action.
‎The biggest reason people fail is not because they lack skills or intelligence, but because they don’t believe in themselves. They give up before even trying. But if you believe in yourself, you will find a way, no matter how hard the journey is.
‎The Power of Self-Belief
‎Self-belief is like a seed. When you plant it in your mind and take care of it with positive thoughts, it grows into success. But if you fill your mind with doubt, your dreams will never grow.
‎Real-Life Story: The Chicken and the Eagle
‎A farmer found an eagle’s egg and placed it in a chicken’s nest. The baby eagle hatched and grew up with the chickens. It walked like a chicken, ate like a chicken, and never tried to fly. One day, it saw an eagle flying high in the sky. The eagle asked the chickens, "Who is that?" The chickens replied, "That is the king of the sky. We are just chickens; we cannot fly like that."
‎So, the eagle never even tried. It lived and died thinking it was just a chicken.
‎What does this story teach us? If you believe you are weak, you will live like a weak person—even if you have the power to fly.
‎Why Do People Stop Believing in Themselves?
‎Many people lose self-belief because of three reasons:
‎1. Fear of Failure – They think, "What if I fail?"
‎2. Negative People – Friends, family, or society tell them they cannot do it.
‎3. Past Mistakes – They failed before, so they think they will fail again.
‎But here’s the truth—failure is just a part of success. Every successful person failed before they won. The difference? They never gave up.
‎Real-Life Example: J.K. Rowling – From Rejection to Success (part1)
‎J.K. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, was a single mother, jobless, and rejected 12 times by publishers. But she didn’t stop. She believed in herself, and today, Harry Potter is one of the best-selling book series in history.
‎If she had stopped after the first rejection, we would never know her name. Your success is waiting—but you must keep going.
‎How to Build Self-Belief
‎Step 1: Change Your Words
‎Stop saying "I can't." Start saying "I will try." Your words shape your reality.
‎Step 2: Visualize Success
‎Close your eyes and imagine yourself achieving your dreams. Feel the excitement, hear the applause, see yourself happy. This trains your mind to believe it is possible.
‎Step 3: Take Small Actions
‎Start with small steps. If you want to be a great speaker, practice talking in front of a mirror. If you want to write a book, start with one page a day. Small actions create big results.
‎Step 4: Surround Yourself with Positive People
‎Stay with people who motivate and inspire you. Avoid those who say "You can't."
‎Exercise: Self-Belief Challenge
‎For the next 7 days, do this:
‎1. Stand in front of a mirror and say: "I believe in myself. I can achieve my dreams."
‎2. Write down one thing you did well each day.
‎3. Read about a successful person who faced failure but kept going.
‎Believing in yourself is the first step to success. No one can stop you—except you. Don’t be like the eagle who thought it was a chicken. Spread your wings and fly.
‎Your journey starts today. Are you ready?
‎Chapter 2
‎Overcoming Challenges
‎Challenges are a part of life. Every person, no matter how successful, has faced obstacles. But here’s the truth: Challenges don’t stop you—they help you grow. When you face challenges, you have two choices:
‎1. Give up and let the challenge defeat you.
‎2. Push through and turn the challenge into an opportunity for growth.
‎This chapter will show you how to do the second one. We’ll talk about how to handle challenges and use them to make you stronger, smarter, and more successful.
‎Why Challenges Are Important
‎At first, challenges may feel like roadblocks. But they are not there to stop you—they are there to teach you. Every successful person has faced challenges. The key is to never give up.
‎Real-Life Example: Oprah Winfrey – From Poverty to Fame
‎Oprah Winfrey is one of the most famous TV hosts in the world. But did you know she came from a very poor background? She was raised in poverty, faced rejection, and was told she wasn’t good enough. But Oprah didn’t let these challenges stop her. She pushed through the pain, worked hard, and became the Queen of Talk Shows. Oprah once said, “The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams.”
‎If Oprah can overcome such struggles, so can you. Challenges are stepping stones to success—they help you become stronger and more capable.
‎Common Challenges We Face
‎1. Fear of Failure – We’re scared that we might fail, so we avoid trying.
‎2. Self-Doubt – We question our abilities and feel we’re not good enough.
‎3. Negative People – Some people will try to bring us down.
‎4. Lack of Resources – We feel like we don’t have enough time, money, or knowledge.
‎But remember this—You are stronger than your challenges. Your potential is greater than any obstacle in your path.
‎How to Overcome Challenges
‎Step 1: Change Your Mindset
‎Instead of thinking, “This is too hard,” think, “I will find a way.” Your mindset determines how you face challenges. If you think it’s impossible, it will be. But if you believe it’s possible, you will find a way.
‎Step 2: Break Challenges into Smaller Steps
‎Challenges can feel overwhelming when you look at them as a whole. But if you break them down into smaller tasks, they become easier. For example, if you want to write a book, start by writing just one paragraph a day.
‎Step 3: Focus on Solutions, Not Problems
‎Instead of complaining about the problem, ask yourself, “How can I solve this?” Focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on obstacles.
‎Step 4: Take Action Every Day
‎Even if the progress is small, take one step every day toward your goal. Consistent action will help you overcome even the biggest challenges.
‎Real-Life Example: Michael Jordan – From Rejection to Basketball Legend(1st)
‎Michael Jordan, often considered the greatest basketball player of all time, was cut from his high school basketball team. Imagine the disappointment he must have felt! But instead of giving up, he used this challenge to push himself harder. He practiced every day, became better, and eventually led his team to six NBA championships. Michael Jordan proved that failure is not the end; it’s just the beginning of success.
‎Exercise: Facing Your Own Challenges
‎For the next 7 days, do this:
‎1. Write down one challenge you’re facing right now.
‎2. Break it down into smaller steps.
‎3. Focus on solutions every day—what is one small thing you can do to overcome this challenge?
‎4. Track your progress. Celebrate each small victory.
‎Remember, challenges are not there to defeat you—they are there to teach you. You are stronger than any challenge you face. Every obstacle is an opportunity to grow, learn, and become better. So, when life gets tough, don’t back down. Face your challenges with courage and confidence because on the other side is your success.
‎Chapter 3:
‎ Power of Hard Work
‎Success isn’t about luck or talent—it’s about hard work. Every successful person you admire has one thing in common: they all put in the effort. Hard work is the true key to achieving your dreams, and it’s something you have control over. Whether you're aiming for personal success or achieving a big goal, hard work will get you there.
‎This chapter will help you understand how hard work transforms lives and how you can apply it in your own journey.
‎Why Hard Work Matters
‎Many people believe that talent is the most important factor in success. While talent can give you a head start, it’s hard work that keeps you going when talent isn’t enough. Think of hard work as the engine that powers your dreams. No matter how fast your car looks, without an engine, it won’t go anywhere.
‎Real-Life Example: Kobe Bryant – The “Hard Work” Mentality
‎Kobe Bryant, one of the greatest basketball players in history, wasn’t just known for his talent. He was famous for his work ethic. Kobe used to practice four hours a day before anyone else even woke up. He would then stay after practice to keep improving his skills. Even when his body was tired, his mind was focused on becoming better. His success didn’t come from his natural ability alone—it came from his commitment to hard work.
‎Kobe’s dedication to hard work was legendary. He once said, “I’m not the smartest, I’m not the fastest, but I outwork everyone. I’ll be the first to arrive and the last to leave.”
‎The Myth of “Instant Success”
‎In today’s world, we often see people becoming successful “overnight,” especially in social media and entertainment. But behind every success story, there are years of grinding, working on your craft, and learning from mistakes.
‎Instant success is a myth. Real success is built on consistent effort and hard work over time. There’s no shortcut, no “easy way out.”
‎Real-Life Example: J.K. Rowling – From Struggling to Success
‎Before becoming the author of the Harry Potter series, J.K. Rowling faced a series of rejections. She was a single mother living on welfare, struggling to make ends meet. But Rowling didn’t give up on her dream of writing a book. She kept working on her manuscript, sending it to publishers, despite facing constant rejection. Her hard work paid off, and Harry Potter became one of the most successful book series in history.
‎Her journey shows us that hard work, persistence, and belief in your dreams can lead to success—even if things don’t seem easy at first.
‎The Power of Consistency
‎Hard work isn’t about working hard once or twice. It’s about working hard every single day, even when you don’t feel like it. The key to success is consistency.
‎The Compound Effect of Small Actions
‎Small, consistent actions have a compound effect over time. When you work on your goals every day, even if it’s just a little bit, the results start to accumulate. Imagine if you saved just $1 a day. It may seem small at first, but in a year, you’ll have saved $365. The same principle applies to your goals. Small daily efforts lead to big results.
‎Real-Life Example: The 1% Rule
‎There’s a famous rule called the 1% Rule, which states that if you improve just 1% every day, you will become 37 times better in a year. The math is simple: 1% improvement every day adds up, and you end up significantly better than where you started.
‎Just imagine if you improved by 1% in every area of your life—whether it’s studying, working out, or learning new skills. By the end of the year, you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve comes.
‎How to Cultivate a Strong Work Ethic
‎Building a strong work ethic takes time, but it’s possible if you’re committed. Here’s how you can develop the power of hard work:
‎Step 1: Set Clear Goals
‎Setting clear and specific goals gives you a roadmap to follow. Without clear goals, it’s easy to get distracted or lose motivation.
‎Action: Write down three major goals you want to achieve. Break them down into smaller tasks, and focus on completing one task every day.
‎Step 2: Stay Disciplined
‎Discipline is the ability to keep working even when you don’t feel like it. Discipline is like a muscle—the more you practice, the stronger it gets. You have to train yourself to stay focused and avoid distractions.
‎Action: Set a specific time every day to work on your goals, and stick to it no matter what. Treat it like a

Meet Hassan Raza A Village Boy Challenge Indian Man After 12 Fail Movie CSS VS UPSC

Title: From 10th Fail to CSS Aspirant: Meet Hassan, Pakistan’s Own "Aata Chakki Boy" ‎ ‎Sponsored by: Startup Pakistan – Pakistan’s No.1 Blogger Platform ‎
‎In the heart of Thari Mirwah, Sindh, lives a young man with a story that echoes the dreams of millions. His name is Muhammad Hassan — a village boy, a fighter, and a dreamer who once failed in 10th class but today dares to challenge the impossible. Inspired by the Indian film “12th Fail” and the viral journey of the Indian Aata Chakki boy, Hassan is ready to write his own chapter of success through Pakistan’s toughest exam – CSS (Central Superior Services). ‎ ‎The Beginning of a Humble Journey ‎“My name is Muhammad Hassan. I belong to a small village in Thari Mirwah. Life was never easy. I studied in a government school, walked kilometers to reach the classroom, and like many boys from the village, I failed my 10th class. But I didn’t give up.” ‎ ‎Society labeled Hassan as a failure, but he didn’t accept that label. “I kept watching motivational videos, and one day, I saw the story of the Indian boy working in an Aata Chakki, preparing for UPSC. That story hit me hard because his struggle was exactly like mine. I also work in an Aata Chakki (flour mill) to support my family.” ‎ ‎The Turning Point ‎While many lose hope after failure, Hassan found a new reason to rise. “I said to myself, if he can do it, so can I. That’s when I made the bold decision — I will challenge India, I will prepare for CSS, and I will prove that even a 10th fail from a village can shine in Pakistan.” ‎ ‎Hassan’s message is not just for himself. It’s for every boy and girl in Pakistan who think failure is the end. “Main chahta hoon ke Pakistan ke log mujhe support karein, motivate karein. Jo CSS tayari kar rahe hain ya jinhon ne qualify kiya hai, woh mujhe guide karein. Main Pakistan ka Hassan hoon – 10th Fail, Aata Chakki Boy – aur meri kahani bhi viral honi chahiye.” ‎ ‎Why This Story Matters ‎In a country where educational pressure is high and support is low, Hassan’s courage is a reminder that exams do not define destiny — willpower does. His dream is not just to pass CSS, but to inspire an entire generation of underdogs. With no fancy tuition, no financial backup, and no big-city exposure, Hassan has only one thing — limitless determination. ‎ ‎Call for Support ‎Hassan is now looking for motivation, mentorship, and a community that believes in second chances. “Main sirf ek chance chahta hoon. Mera yeh message un tak pohchayein jo samajhte hain ke village ka ladka kuch nahi kar sakta. Main apni story banani chahta hoon — Pakistan ki taraf se CSS tak ka safar.” ‎ ‎Startup Pakistan’s Sponsorship ‎We at Startup Pakistan, the nation’s No.1 blogger platform, proudly sponsor Hassan’s story. Because real success isn’t measured in grades — it’s measured in grit, resilience, and courage. We believe Hassan’s voice deserves to be heard, not just in Pakistan, but across the border too. ‎ ‎ ‎Hassan represents hope. He is not just a 10th fail village boy — he is the fire that refuses to die. If you are preparing for CSS, PMS, or any government exam, remember Hassan’s story. If you are already a bureaucrat, reach out to support someone like him. ‎ ‎Let’s make Hassan’s dream viral. Let’s prove that Pakistan’s soil is full of warriors — even in the remotest villages. ‎ ‎
