PMA Long Course is the direct entry route for young individuals to become commissioned officers in the Pakistan Army.
It is a two-year training program at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul.

Qualification:
Intermediate (FA/FSc)
Graduates with 2-year or 4-year degrees (marks criteria apply).
Age Limit: 17-22 years (relaxation for some categories).
Nationality: Pakistani male citizens.
Physical Standards:
Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches.
Weight: As per BMI (Body Mass Index).

The first post after completion of training is Second Lieutenant.
Starting Salary: Around Rs. 60,000 – 80,000 per month, plus benefits like residence, medical, and other allowances.

Divided into 4 terms, each lasting 6 months.
