ANNOUNCEMENT

KHAIRPUR NEED CUM MERIT SCHOLARSHIP 2024-25

The District Administration, Khairpur, proudly announces the "Need cum Merit Scholarship 2024-25" for the brightest and most deserving students of our district. This is a golden opportunity for those students who have the potential to excel but require financial support to achieve their educational dreams. If you are a student of Khairpur District and studying in a public-sector institute, degree college, or university anywhere in Pakistan (preferably HEC recognized), then this is your chance to apply!

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The applicant and their father/guardian must have CNIC, Domicile, and PRC of Khairpur District.

2. The candidate must have secured 80% marks in their last examination. For CGPA holders, a minimum of 3.50 CGPA will be considered for merit.

3. The applicant must provide the Original Marks Certificate of the last examination passed (only yearly marks certificate for two semesters of the same academic year will be accepted).

Eligible Programs:

Students (Male/Female) enrolled in the following degree programs are encouraged to apply:

• BSc/MSc/BS/AD (4-Year)

• BCS / BS-IT

• B.Ed (4-Year) from Universities & affiliated Degree Colleges

• B.E / B.Tech (4-Year) / MBBS / BDS / DPT / DVM / BSc (Engineering Technology)

• BA / B.Com / LLB / BBA / BPA / MA / MBA / MPA / M.Com (Regular students of Universities & affiliated colleges)

• Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) (Only 3rd Year Students Eligible)

Important Notes:

❌ Students enrolled on self-financing basis are NOT eligible.
❌ Students of M.E / M.S / M.Phil / LLM / Ph.D. are NOT eligible.
✅ The scholarship is purely on merit basis.
✅ The scholarship amount will be transferred online to the student's personal bank account.
✅ Original mark certificates will be returned after completion of the scholarship process.
✅ The District Scholarship Board reserves the right to modify, correct, or cancel the merit list/scholarship at any stage.

How to Apply?

Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria must obtain the Scholarship Application Form 2024-25 from:

• Scholarship Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Khairpur

• OR Download it from https://facebook.com/kncms

Required Documents:

1. Certificate from Head of Department verifying enrolment.

2. Original Marks Certificate of last examination passed (2024 onwards).

3. Personal bank account statement or cheque leaf.

4. Attested copy of Domicile & PRC of Student & Father/Guardian.

5. CNIC of Student (If underage, B-Form of NADRA) & Father/Guardian.

6. Attested copy of Student ID Card.

7. Attested copy of Matric Pass Certificate with Date of Birth.

8. Father/Guardian's Income Certificate (if government employee, attach last month’s payslip).

9. One fresh passport-size photograph.

Submission Details:

✔ Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of this advertisement.
✔ Submit applications via the Head of the Institution along with a covering letter.
❌ Incomplete applications or late submissions will not be entertained.
✔ Photocopied application forms are also acceptable.
